PT2

PT2 is a new and innovative service offered by Dryden Sport and Spine Physical Therapy and McCune, Ainslie & Associates Physical Therapy that combines the specialized benefits of Physical Therapy with the individualized attention of Personal Training (PT2). This combination of knowledge and skills represents an exciting new concept in professionally supervised fitness training and health maintenance. PT2 is designed for individuals who may have a history of specific injuries or specific training goals and combines the advantages of supervised, biomechanically designed exercise with individualized personal training. PT2 offers these services in two separate and distinct formats. PT2 clients can experience individualized, one-on-one sessions with your PT2 exercise specialist, or enroll in small, group classes that provide individualized instruction on technique and form in a small class format. The flexibility offered by PT2 easily allows clients to progress along the broad spectrum of care ranging from restorative therapy to performance enhancement training. PT2 makes informed training accessible to everyone.
